  1. Very true, and how many Pac-12 players get drafted after these 3 is unknown. But 3 in the first round would be great, and this is 3 in the top 10.
  2. Cartm25 you nailed the situation perfectly, especially to me, that The Punch brought about LMJ, and thanks very much for the highlight video!
  3. When this Big 3 gets it going, with help from Parrish, Prince and Scheer, they can win games. They aren't the Big 3 that preceded them, but then nor is any other Big 3 on any other team.
  4. Thank you Balmer's. But that won't make me a Clippers fan.
  5. Yeah, it's a Mock Draft, but there isn't much to brag about the Pac-12 lately, so let's grab this. Thibodeaux at 5, LB, Devin Lloyd Utah at 7 and USC WR, Drake London at 10. The SEC has two, Alabama and Mississippi State, B1G has two, Michigan, Iowa ,ACC has 1, as do Notre Dame and Cicinnati.
  6. Sabally, Paopao, Rogers each earn All Pac-12 Recognition Erik Skopill 247sports
  7. What is hopeful for the Chargers and should be scary for the rest of the NFL is that the Chargers can improve their rushing defense next season; and as great as Justin has played his first two seasons, he can play better still.
  8. Last night in a make up game played in Corvallis before the Ducks and Beavers head to Washington and WSU to end the regular season, the Beavers led the Cougars for most of the game, up 11 at halftime, led by 5 with 4:21 left in the 2nd half, but ultimately lost in OT, 103-97.
  9. LeGarrette Blount Calls out Chip Kelly for lack of support during Suspension Zachary Neel duckswire
  10. 80 plays is a nice signpost. But what I like more from what I've heard from Dillingham is that he wants to see "explosive" plays, which would cut down the total number. Dillingham's plan sounds like it will produce an offense that will bring the excitement level back and coupled with the defense we expect, Oregon will be "must see" again.
  11. In the stands right behind home plate are two SJU fans. Do they live in Eugene and came out to support their school, or did they travel across the country to watch their baseball team?
  12. Yeah, there'll never be another Matt Cassell' hardly played at USC, he was drafted though and played 14 years in the NFL.
  13. Wazzui could be regarded as QBU. The Throwin' Samoan, Bledsoe, Leaf, Mark Rypien, Minshew
  14. Wow, I hadn't taken the Double Cougar element into consideration!
  15. It did take USC 2 OT to beat the Beavers before playing the Ducks.
  16. And Avocado Ice Cream.
  17. True, and bottom line. But even if the finances weren't an issue, I believe that a struggling, and this team is beyond that, is regarded at OS differently than it would be at Oregon.
  18. This does show the stark difference between the two programs, and Beaver Nation and Oregon fans. First, I don't see a Ducks basketball team ever losing 24 games in a season, this is a bad season at Oregon. Even with that happening at OS, I don't think Coach Tinkle's seat is even warm.
  19. Nothing shows this better than in the NBA Finals when Michael Jordan led the Bulls over the Portland Trail Blazers. Jordan is a rare mix of competitive fire, Jordan definitely believed that no team was going to beat the Bulls, and 2 three year championship runs, never playing a Game 7, backed that up. Jordan, along with talent was also a text book on fundamentals. "Clyde the Glyde was exciting, a hall of fame player for sure, but fundamentals were not his thing. However the exquisitely disciplined Trail Blazers of 1977 beat the talent laden 76ers for the championship in 1977.
  20. Why NFL Network's Daniel Jeremiah Favors Michigan's Aidan Hutchinson over Oregon's Kayvon Thibodeaux James Crepea Oregonlive
  21. There were certainly plays that Justin and the offense could have made, but overall, as Drake pointed out, the offense finished ranked 10th the Chargers rush defense ranked 30th.
  22. Thanks for organizing and breaking this all down. My first go at this has the Pac-12 going 20-16 overall. UCLA, USC and Utah go 3-0. Oregon, OSU, WSU, ASU, and UW 2-1. Stanford 1-2 and Arizona 0-3. Utah beating Florida in the Swamp could be a stretch, and I'm leaning Pac-12, and because it's at home over the Irish and new coach, Marcus Freeman, the Spartys will take out the Huskies, and the Ducks will make it feel like 1990 again when they beat the Cougars.
  23. A fun article for sure Jordan, and while I much prefer Walton, to Lunardi, or CBS's Jerry Palm, I'll call foul on his call for 8 teams from the Conference of Champions to be in the tournament. Three, Arizona, UCLA and USC are in, and considering the L's, the Ducks have to Stanford, Cal and ASU, 2 times, even being on the bubble is optimistic in my mind for Oregon. When you start having Must Wins as early as the Ducks did this season, the Bubble is where you sit. Had the Ducks beaten the Trojans it certainly would have helped, but I feel that even if that happened, the Huskies and Cougars would still be Must Wins.. If the Ducks can get those, a finish in the top 4 is possible, and with it a first round bye, and then only 2 W's would be needed to get the Ducks to the Conference Final, and possibly, with the respect that Altman has garnered, to the Tournament.
