Personally I never thought MC was the right guy for Oregon Duck Football. The only reason Mullens offered him more $$ and an extension was because we won 10 games and he was a good recruiter, but I could almost promise MC was not playing PK type of football or mine either. Phil Knight is a track guy and he wants speed and explosive up tempo offense. He wants/needs Duck football to be cutting edge thats the NIKE way.

I think this is not just a big problem at Oregon but for the rest of the PAC as well.

Nix is going to take far more deep shots down field than AB of course that means more chances for interceptions. As far as those over the middle short screen passes, he had SEC style defenses coming at him. AB had PAC defenses to contend with--way different.

Lets be honest -the PAC has been bad for quite some time--even embarrassing at times.

It makes no sense to me that PAC gets trounced by the Mtn West. Is this conference full of un motivated prima donnas? Could it be that the Mtn West coaches are better evaluators of talent?? One thing to add -The Beavs committed about 6 penalties in a very short period of time-that's a lack of discipline and concentration.

Nothing means much at this point. Its what happens on the field next year that means something.

WE can blame a bunch on MC thats for sure but Ive seen major failures from the players as well.--This seems to be rampant in the PAC

To me Ty Thompson doesnt look like he has a lot of upper body strength.

To me it seems as we are loading up to actually have a chance against Ga.

I think we will have similar results to what we had with Utah other than I dont think Ok will be as tough on defense. Im thinking a 42 to 28 score range Ok winning. Our only real chance is if Brown runs -a lot. Im not sure if either team will be on fire for the Alamo Bowl--we will see.
