Duarte and Figueroa had both been cleared to practice, so they must have been in a non-transmittable stage or possibly in contact tracing status. Can't play, but can practice..........go figure.

You are spot on Jon! At the end of 3 quarters the score was knotted at 38. Cougars put up 19 shots in the 4th quarter and missed all 8 from conventional distance and only 3 of 11 from deep.

Lady Ducks have a deeper roster and it showed against the Cougs. WSU starters averaged almost 35 minutes on the floor while Oregon starters just over 23 minutes. Graves played nine of his players double digit minutes.

Received an email from Coach Wasikowski regarding the upcoming season. Found this to be of interest; "The Pac 12 Head Coach’s recommendation to the conference office was approved to allow for a traditional 56 game regular season playing schedule with the standard 30 conference games. This was excellent news, especially considering how that discussion played out last fall in the sport of football. We have scheduled 33 home games for the regular season and intend to have that number increased during our post season Omaha run. At this time, fans are not allowed to attend practices or games, but we are optimistic these restrictions will ease in the coming days and we can pack PK park once again!"

Ducks actually played Zona close in quarters 2, 3 & 4 being down just 1 over that time frame. But that 1st quarter was UGLY! The aggressive defense played by both UCLA and Arizona seems to affect the Lady Ducks.
