The 10th Circuit Court has stayed the ruling by a Colorado federal court judge that gave the class of 2022 athletes who did not redshirt another year of eligibility.

The NCAA was also able to stay the ruling of a state court judge in Ohio and has filed appeals in other states, including Louisiana.

The two D linemen at Indiana granted a fifth season are among those no longer eligible.

Players were not the subjects of a bait-and-switch scheme. And we're not talking about a few athletes being screwed over. 20,000 athletes who graduated or completed their eligibility in 2025 could return to school.

What about the rights of high school athletes? Old making way for the young is the way this world is wired.
