Monday at 01:53 PM3 days Author Administrator No. Oregon Ducks head coach Dan Lanning joins George Wrighster on the Unafraid Show to discuss Dante Moore’s recovery, why Oregon won’t rush its quarterback back onto the field, and how the Ducks’ “next man up” culture prepared another quarterback to step into the moment. Lanning explains why he will always choose the player over the team when health is involved and why Oregon still has major room to improve. Lanning also breaks down what changed for Oregon following the Oklahoma State game, how the Ducks use the bye week to self-scout, and why modern college football may require teams to develop throughout the season rather than dominate every opponent from Week 1. He previews UCLA, discusses the similarities he sees between UCLA and Indiana, and explains how his previous experience against Bob Chesney’s teams factors into Oregon’s preparation. George and Lanning also get into Oregon’s special teams, recruiting strategy, the player salary ticker inside Lanning’s office, Oregon’s cinematic game recaps, new uniforms, Marcus Mariota, Bo Nix and the former Ducks succeeding at the next level. Lanning even admits his USC and Chris Brown comment may have been a little petty. If you follow Dan Lanning, Dante Moore, Oregon Ducks football, Oregon vs UCLA, Big Ten football or the College Football Playoff race, this conversation gives an inside look at how Lanning sees his program right now.

25 minutes ago25 min Author Administrator No. Oregon vs UCLA is one of the biggest Big Ten football games of the week as Dan Lanning and the Oregon Ducks host Nico Iamaleava and undefeated UCLA in a Top-25 showdown at Autzen Stadium. George Wrighster breaks down the five things that will decide Oregon vs UCLA, starting with the Bruins' dominant rushing attack. Bob Chesney has transformed UCLA into one of college football's most dangerous running teams, and Nico Iamaleava looks much more comfortable with a ground game that doesn't force him to carry the entire offense. For Oregon, everything begins with stopping the run and figuring out who will lead the offense. Dante Moore is working his way back after suffering a concussion against USC, while Dylan Raiola showed why he was once considered one of the best quarterback prospects in the country when he stepped in for the Ducks. Turnovers could decide everything. UCLA has built its undefeated start around creating extra possessions, while Oregon's quarterbacks have protected the football. George also explains why the Ducks need to pressure and hit Nico, how Dan Lanning's history with Bob Chesney matters, and why Oregon's third-down offense could become the deciding factor. Can undefeated UCLA prove it belongs in the College Football Playoff conversation? Can Oregon keep rolling after beating USC? And will Dante Moore or Dylan Raiola be behind center for the Ducks? 00:00 Oregon vs UCLA Preview 01:31 Dan Lanning After the Bye Week 01:49 Dante Moore, Dylan Raiola & Nico Iamaleava 02:53 Key #1: Stop UCLA's Run Game 06:04 Key #2: Win the Turnover Battle 07:55 Key #3: Oregon Has to Hit Nico 09:15 Key #4: Dan Lanning vs Bob Chesney 12:16 Key #5: Oregon Must Win Third Down 15:01 Who Wins Oregon vs UCLA? 15:28 Oregon vs UCLA Odds 15:54 George's Oregon vs UCLA Prediction
