We invite you to always explore the “News” on the menu bar in the header.

When you click on the word “News,” you will see an index of multiple links to sports news sites for your enjoyment!

During the football season, podcasts were included with the game for that week. Podcasts still are taking place, just not as often.

I also have noticed that the podcasts now are covering more than just football. For instance, the one following includes some talk about basketball.

Those podcasts will now be posted under this thread as they occur. To see the previous podcast thread click Here as we will keep the thread to no more than 50 podcasts at a time.

Check back often for some informative listening.

This Thread is for Podcasts ONLY.  You can always start a new thread with any of these podcasts for discussion.

Dan Lanning comes into this week with a real challenge taking on the upstart UCLA Bruins. The Ducks are facing a similar challenge to one they failed to accomplish last year.

On today's episode of Locked On Ducks, Spencer McLaughlin talks about Dante Moore with his status uncertain going into the UCLA game this week. Plus, why Brandon Finney has arguably been Oregon's best player this year.

Oregon's schedule looked like October was going to be the easiest month of the year all things considered. The outlook for the next 4 games has changed considerably.

Oregon Ducks head coach Dan Lanning joins George Wrighster on the Unafraid Show to discuss Dante Moore’s recovery, why Oregon won’t rush its quarterback back onto the field, and how the Ducks’ “next man up” culture prepared another quarterback to step into the moment.

Lanning explains why he will always choose the player over the team when health is involved and why Oregon still has major room to improve. Lanning also breaks down what changed for Oregon following the Oklahoma State game, how the Ducks use the bye week to self-scout, and why modern college football may require teams to develop throughout the season rather than dominate every opponent from Week 1. He previews UCLA, discusses the similarities he sees between UCLA and Indiana, and explains how his previous experience against Bob Chesney’s teams factors into Oregon’s preparation.

George and Lanning also get into Oregon’s special teams, recruiting strategy, the player salary ticker inside Lanning’s office, Oregon’s cinematic game recaps, new uniforms, Marcus Mariota, Bo Nix and the former Ducks succeeding at the next level. Lanning even admits his USC and Chris Brown comment may have been a little petty.

If you follow Dan Lanning, Dante Moore, Oregon Ducks football, Oregon vs UCLA, Big Ten football or the College Football Playoff race, this conversation gives an inside look at how Lanning sees his program right now.

Oregon 41, USC 27 in the Coliseum — and the defense is starting to turn the corner. Sacks, real pressure on the quarterback, winning on first down, and taking away Lincoln Riley's bread-and-butter counter game with the "dent" technique. Eric breaks down the film: the two-trap coverage looks, the disguised empty-check blitz that finally got home, linebackers playing downhill, and the communication fixes still needed against an explosive USC offense.

The Oregon Ducks turned their season around last week. But a big reason why is because Oregon is smarter than their competition. And the Ducks will likely continue to leverage this significant advantage. This is great news for the Oregon Ducks and fans of the Oregon Ducks should be excited.

Oregon's Playoff hopes may very well be on the line every week forward including this weekend against UCLA. The Ducks have the tools to make the game comfortable for Oregon fans.

On today's episode of Locked On Ducks, Spencer McLaughlin makes his bold prediction for the game against the Bruins. Oregon's star players on defense need to play like it. Oregon's defense has not played up to its potential so far this season, where are they weakest? Spencer concludes the show talking about how UCLA might attack Chris Hampton's unit. Photo Credit:

Oregon vs UCLA is one of the biggest Big Ten football games of the week as Dan Lanning and the Oregon Ducks host Nico Iamaleava and undefeated UCLA in a Top-25 showdown at Autzen Stadium.

George Wrighster breaks down the five things that will decide Oregon vs UCLA, starting with the Bruins' dominant rushing attack. Bob Chesney has transformed UCLA into one of college football's most dangerous running teams, and Nico Iamaleava looks much more comfortable with a ground game that doesn't force him to carry the entire offense.

For Oregon, everything begins with stopping the run and figuring out who will lead the offense. Dante Moore is working his way back after suffering a concussion against USC, while Dylan Raiola showed why he was once considered one of the best quarterback prospects in the country when he stepped in for the Ducks.

Turnovers could decide everything. UCLA has built its undefeated start around creating extra possessions, while Oregon's quarterbacks have protected the football. George also explains why the Ducks need to pressure and hit Nico, how Dan Lanning's history with Bob Chesney matters, and why Oregon's third-down offense could become the deciding factor.

Can undefeated UCLA prove it belongs in the College Football Playoff conversation? Can Oregon keep rolling after beating USC? And will Dante Moore or Dylan Raiola be behind center for the Ducks?
