  1. With Bowers, Gilbert and Washington? I definitely agree that the Ducks will see some 3 TE sets. Although, Bowers in particular is a 'hybrid' TE.
  2. I'm beginning to think that Ty does not have "IT!" I think the game at the P5 level may well be too big for him?
  3. Utah needs to worry about this playing in The Swamp but Oregon will be playing indoors with the benefit of AC.
  4. Thank you Charles. Terrific game review including critical analysis where and when needed. You were far from the only person to miss the boat on Chad Cota. Good call on the OL fit. Maulers and brawlers may not be a fit for this O?
  5. NIX - Some bad throws but 8 out of 15 for 230? Not shabby.
  6. We knew you only hung out in all of those casinos for free drinks!
  7. Looked exactly like what I expected to see. Williams and this O will be dangerous. Hated seeing the first play from scrimmage being a run play by 'our guy' Dye. But will the SC D stop anyone?
  8. IMO, all are good. Especially the targeting appeal. As to 1 Ducker 1's comment: If a call is not overturned within 2 minutes of review, the call on the field should stand.
  9. Ty, oh my? A guy who looks great on the range but shaky at the first tee. So many athletes on both sides of the ball and what looks like a staff and a system that will let them play ball. No more of I'd rather punch you in the mouth and get 3 yards than run around you for a TD. If Moorhead watched THIS he has to be sick to his stomach. Thank you Mario for going MIA.
  10. Great call on Nix. He looks gimpy and so far, his play is a mirror of his career at Auburn. The starters on OL look good. Transfers Whittingham and Gonzalez both look good. This team gets quality play at QB and gets the DL guys sitting out the game healthy and watch out. One of the injuries looked like Caddy Shack, 'I should have yelled 2!" and not fore.
  11. Great call. Looks like lots of fans were taking advantage of great tailgate weather. LOVE watching the game being played in the daylight and not kicking off at 10:30 on the Right Coast.
  12. Rich Brooks, looking good my fellow grey beard. Got the coin in the air much better than the majority of my golf shots! Coach Dan: Thanks for re-recruiting SEVEN!
  13. OH NO! The weather is, "Honey, we gotta move out of California and move there!' good! Nice to see Nick A on the call. Pretty good turn out. Love the aggressive and fun play calling!
  14. Spot on. All of the SEC spring games and the ACC games were of course, broadcast on the Disney owned SEC and ACC Networks. The Pac-12 Network could have been owned and operated by ESPN. SIGH. Like it or not, the LA market matters.
  15. Great take. Riley does have until May 1st to find transfer help for the trenches and indicates that he is going to do so. I expect the busiest transfer portal activity to come between this Saturday's spring games and May 1.
  16. No tank and SAMs? I do not see Toledo being = to Kabul. But on the other hand, Lubbock, TX is in the running. Oregon plays at Texas Tech next season. My advice, no matter how big a fan of Puddles you might be, watch on TV and not in person.
  17. Number 12? - The team with the hottest cheerleaders. As to the mimosas, allow me to suggest going heavy on the champagne and light on the orange juice?
  18. Interesting. As many as 9 conference teams will have a new starting QB and all 9 could be transfers? But I feel the QB play in the conference this season will be improved over last year when for the first time since 2014 a Pac-12 QB was not invited to the Combine. I think the Beavers are too high and Wazzu too low in these rankings. Baylor was the real deal at RB for the Beavs and he is gone.
  19. In the seasons Riley was the HC at OK, Texas had an equally rated or better ranked roster than did Oklahoma.
  20. Could be spot on my friend. Riley was handed a Maserati with the keys. But he improved the OK win total to 85% of the games compared to Big Game Bob's 80% of the games. With Caleb Williams and the other guys he has brought in and in this conference I expect he will go 9-3. He'll likely take an L at Utah and versus Notre Dame but in 2022 he has the Ducks standing by to help him out. SC misses Oregon in the conference cross over and Utah visiting Oregon helps SC's cause.
  21. The Missing Tech Challenge Link actually linked! Hats off to Charles for egging an old timer on.
  22. Great stuff. 30 to 40% is indeed conservative; more like 75% plus?
