  1. I like it lets goooo!!! Our offense would be fun to watch next season.
  2. Awesome to see this!! go ty!!!
  3. Joe Brady would be taking a risk and swinging for a home run no doubt. Wilcox is a swinging bunt, just trying to get on base.
  4. Chris Peterson Dave Aranda Joe Brady in that order, Wilcox would be a disaster, Oregon would be settling for the safe boring pick. Our talent would jump ship in a hurry.
  5. Thank you for this news Charles and everything you do for this awesome website. go 🦆 s !!!
  6. If true I wish MC the best, he is a class act and turned our program around, I can’t fault a guy for returning home and taking 9 million per season.
  7. We should hire the best coach possible, period. not the best coach that we think will stay forever this line of thinking will hold this program back.
  8. Wilcox would be a c- hire. He’s done nothing at cal. if he’s our coach get ready for a lot of top 30 recruiting classes ( Instead of top 10) and 7-5 or 8-4 seasons. Joe Brady or Petersen should be the priority. going with a Wilcox because he’s an Oregon guy would be a huge mistake.
  9. I agree 100% this is our best option to replace MC joe Brady!!!
  10. If this is true and MC is gone, I really hope you are right and I’m wrong about the direction of the program.
  11. Yes, I have seen evidence of great recruiting on the field of play a few examples…. 2019 rose bowl 2019 pac12 championship game 2019 vs Auburn ( a loss, but the first game I noticed our o and d lines gets a strong push against a good team) 2020 pac 12 championship game 2021 win a the shoe entire 2021 season going 10-3 despite numerous injuries. The only way 10 wins with this many injuries is possible is the depth created by superior recruiting. If Mario leaves I’m afraid this program will be stuck as a 500 squad for many years, we will lose half our 2022 recruiting class and numerous current players to the portal. I could see Noah transferring to Utah should MC leave.
  12. Joe Brady needs to be our number 1 priority should MC leave.
  13. No thanks… I hope Mario stays but if not drive the brinks truck down to Carolina and get Joe Brady
  14. Hats off to Noah sewell he was the only starter on d still in there at the end. Noah played his heart out tonight a true warrior
  15. I agree and I’ve been a huge ab and mc supporter all season no way you can justify putting ab back in there that was the worst half of football I’ve ever seen from a qb
  16. Oregon 24 utah 21 1 turnover 3 sacks 199 passing yards
  17. The players must really like them as this is an extra game. I think the players got to pick the combo for this game. I like them, just wish the wings on the helmets were white eggshell instead of dark green.
  18. 247 sports says Oregon is a possible landing spot for him. I hope not, we need to roll with Ty or Butters.
  19. Sounds like Billy Napier is going to The Gators. So we have Miami and LSU and the only potential landing spots for MC. If he stays through this hiring cycle, he will be here long term. 🤞
  20. Oklahoma is going to regret joining the SEC
  21. I think it’s fair and would require a very strategic coach to get it right. Fans of losing team, wouldn’t blame rules if their team lost and never touched the ball. They would blame coach for not being more aggressive and pinning their own offense back more.
  22. After watching last night's overtime game Auburn vs Alabama, I got to thinking. The game came down to alternating 2 point conversions, this is a cheap way to end a great game, and nothing more than penalty kicks in soccer. The nfl has a little bit better overtime rules, but it is far from perfect as well. Here is my Solution. 1) 1 15 minute period in regular season, after that would be a tie, Playoffs and championship games would go until there is a winner. 2) Sudden Death, first score of any kind wins. Here is the big changes 3) No coin flip 4) The team that gets possession of the ball first would be determined by a blind bid. 5) Both head coaches would submit a blind bid of a yard line, in half yard increments. 6) The team with the yard line bid closest to their own goal line would get the ball first. 7) If both coaches bid for the same yard line the Away team would get the ball first. I believe this would add a ton of drama and strategy to the game. Imagine putting in a bid of your own 1 yard line and having to get into field goal range to win. But a holding in the end zone or a safety would end the game for the defense. There would also be a lot of second guessing if a coach was too conservative and picks his own 20 the other team picks their own 15 and goes down and scores. I think this solution is fair and is more like real football and way better than 2 point conversions. I think it would add a ton of drama. What do you guys think?
  23. Our playoff dreams died last night, when Stanford got rolled by Notre Dame. Had Stanford won and the chaos happened that you listed above, we would’ve been in.
