Never been sold that Riley is the second coming of Pete. Many are falling all over themselves over this hire. It just might not be the best coaching hire in the Pac. I like the Oregon hire a lot. Fusky and Cougs might have gotten it right also. See how it plays out. My money is on Lanning.

Got it

I heard some scuttlebutt that Bru McCoy is on Oregons radar. Dudes a big talent and fills a need at WR.

He broke easy but yea, he was another very good college QB. Put in harms way a ton. Dude had grit too.

VA was an amazing "college" QB. Probably one of the best Oregon has fielded. To bad he was hurt. Loved watching him play.

I edited it. Dude can play

Williams is kinda small. 160lbs. The guy can play though. One of these passes was 52 yrds in the air. https://www.hudl.com/video/3/14287331/6158a435e97aa30fc4403d3e

His numbers came with a lopsided heavy to almost exclusively run run pass punt offense. Do the tea leaves point to more of a pass heavy offense? Maybe a big name RB is entering the portal and word is out inside the program. Either way, this seems to come out of left field. Seems...

Wow, I now see why the rest of the conference throws so much shade.

Tosh Lupoi

Could mean that Verdell an Dye are committed to another year. Just speculating though.

I think it was more of ESPN highlighting the master v apprentice approach. They talked a lot about Sabin and Smart on the same sideline for all those years. It's the narrative they wanted. SEC teacher and student going head to head. Lanning is now an outsider with him going to the Pac. ESPN knows the Lanning story is huge but would promote outside of The SEC if told at length. Can't have any of that. Can't have the elite prep intersted in the Ducks and jumping out of SEC. I could be wrong though.

Wow... someone actually scored a TD

Forcing a Bama offense to 3 fg in 30 minutes is a pretty big accomplishment.

Yawn!

So far UGA D is bowing up

Much better defensive series that last drive.

Looked like some of that bend don't break on that first drive. With a soft secondary.

Looking for a Lanning Tanning of the Tide tonight.

28-24 UGA, 134, 209, 2, 2

I have said a few times that I don't think Riley is going to be the fix-all at $C. I believe Lincoln Riley given undeserved status. The Sooner team he inherited became progressively worse through his 4 years there. Maybe other think the same.

The Pac used to be the conference of QBs. If AB is at the top what does that say about the health of Pac 12. At Oregon alone in the last 2 decades there has been Joey Harrington, Darron Thomas (great college QB), Mariota (Heisman), Vernon Adams (my favorite) and JH. Sad how far the Pac has fallen.

With the injuries this season...

The PPO, has a ring to it.

Probably the hire I am most excited about. Aside from Lanning of course. So important to get this one right.
