May 27May 27 No. I can't get onto it. When I click on it, it says, "Oops! We could not reach our servers. Please make sure you're connected to the internet." (It's connected to the internet.)I went to the ticket office and no one there could help. I've turned the phone off and back on again. I've deleted the app and reinstalled it. I've sworn at it, begged, and blown a raspberry at it. Nothing worked.Has anyone had the problem, and, if so, solved it, and how?
May 27May 27 No. As I recall, there was a problem with the App early last Fall. The Athletic Dept decided to make some modifications in the weeks immediately before the first game and it gave a lot of people angst about whether they would have access to their tickets. As I recall, it was fixed in time. Barely.Eventually the AD responded because there were too many complaints/problems to ignore.
May 27May 27 Administrator No. I have it, but it does not work well, and is incredibly hard to navigate and find what you want. When I was using it many, many months on occasion--I found what I needed only by accident.I ignore it now; I go to the GoDucks.com on my desktop, that's it. Mr. OBD

May 28May 28 Author No. Thanks for the input, everyone.I pay the extra bucks for printed-out tickets, so at least I won't have to worry about getting into games. But I would still like to be able to pop onto GoDucks on my phone once in a while. Maybe, as HDuck mentioned, it's a problem with the App, and it will be fixed at some point.
