  7. I'd argue he might be looking for a spot to just quietly finish out his career while being paid well and then retire, he's 62 years old after all. Northwestern will have lower expectations, lower pressure to win right away, lower recruiting pressure, etc. If things go well, he wraps up his career in a few years when he hits 65 then takes a short flight back to New Hampshire and retire.
