  1. tOSU and the other teams in the B1G have revised the conference schedule, but did not address non-conference games.
  2. Very true, though to Arizona's credit, this was their first game since January 22.
  3. There is no question about it, how well the quarterback plays is the major determinant of how successful the offense will be. Kellen Moore at Boise State demonstrated this very well. Tampa Bay didn't make the playoffs two years ago, Brady shows up and they win the Super Bowl. Look back at 2007, what Dixon was doing for the Ducks before his injury stopped an offense that no defense had been able to. We've also seen the opposite; all the quarterbacks who filled in for DD, Braxton Burmeister. The quarterback battle going in to 2021 is going to be something we haven't seen for a long time at Oregon, and who emerges is going to have a lot of pressure on him to lead the team to, at the least, a 3-peat as Pac-12 champion.
  4. Wow, thanks for pointing that out! Corrected.
  5. When Byron and Gracen were teammates at St. Augustine High School in San Diego, CA. they talked about going to the same college, and now they're together at Oregon. From NBC Sports Northwest
  6. The Ducks hadn't led, but they had it down to 1 point at halftime. Unfortunately, the Ducks would never lead in this game, as Arizona outscored Oregon, 27-14 in the third quarter. Arizona shot 50.8 %overall, 60.) % on 3's. Oregon shot 32.4 % overall, 20.0 % on 3's. The exception to the shooting was inside, where Prince & Sabally combined for 64.7 % and 27 points. Moving forward, maybe they should get more shots. From GoDucks.com
  7. Justin Herbert set NFL records in his rookie season, now fellow Duck, Payton Pritchard is looking to do the same in the NBA, From Duck Territory.com
  8. An inside look at a member of The Committee
  9. This is more entertaining than that Super Bowl.
  10. Another reason why Saturday's game against UC Davis was important, had the chance to get the rust off against a tough opponent, and come out with a gritty win. I'm looking forward to a big game from Paopao, who actually looked a bit like a freshman against the Aggies.
  11. Nice to see something good out of that game.
  12. Ah, Mr. Klatt, another member of Wilner and Washington's Whiners about Oregon PLAYING in the championship game, and then actually WINNING. I realize it's a down time, but that call was old as soon as they said it the first time. If any team in the Pac-12 IS RELEVANT, it's Oregon.
  13. Two 5 * quarterbacks for the Ducks and the Huskies, it's shaping up to be a huge element in the fight for control of the North in the Pac-12 Ty Thompson and Sam Huard. From Rivals.com Of course, when it comes to a Husky quarterback named Huard...
  14. That would have been a lot to ask of Payton, as he already has the record for most games played as a Duck.
  15. With all the talent that Mario is recruiting he will literally have to prevent the offense from scoring, not just prefer ball control, David Shaw didn't mind when Stanford got in the 40's. Oregon hasn't had the WR's, and RB's that Alabama, Ohio State and Clemson have, but the Ducks are getting there. It seems like Mario wants to wait until the WR's and RB's are there before he lets the offense GO. Until then the Ducks will go like they have, still leading the conference in scoring, while looking like they don't want to sometimes.
  16. That really isn't how those teams win anymore, and thus the frustration with Cristobal who does seem to want to win that way now.
  17. Amen. That is exactly what is wrong with the Committee, a bunch of "experts" that spend the afternoon watching the games, with all the preconceived notions and biases all fans have, and rather than base their selections on criteria, like winning a division, let alone a conference, use the "EYE Test" to pick teams.
  18. That is very true, and was pointed out in the article. it is also one of the reasons why the Beavers will finish ahead of the Huskies next season.
  19. I thought this was the best commercial.
  20. It isn't good when two of the five teams listed in, "Teams that regressed" in recruiting are in the Pac-12, and Arizona would be the third, but they didn't regress, just stayed awful. From Rivals.com
  21. I remember that former coach, Rex Ryan, spoke very highly of Justin.
