  1. New poll: How much Duck swag will SGD own by season end? Tie Breaker: 1. # of hats 2. # of shirts 3. Hoodies 4. Jersey My guess 2 purchased or gifted 1 hat 1 T shirt
  2. Glad you are having a great season watching the Ducks. You might bleed Dawg red but you clearly have a strip of green and yellow running through you. Love seeing new fans added to the flock
  3. Mar'Keise Irving opens up about his decision to transfer to Oregon 247SPORTS.COM Mar'Keise Irving opens up about his decision to transfer to Oregon
  4. I have Utes tickets. 25th row 30 yd line behind Duck bench. I want Utes to be undefeated coming in.
  5. Riley and his team of over-rated self-absorbed cheats have beaten nobody. Ok, Beavs are decent, Riley only managed to hang 17 on them. Took late into the game to seal the victory. I have no respect for SC and their turncoat ways. U$C will be exposed as frauds soon. When they bounce to B1G they will never be relevant again. Oh yea... B+ for Lanning.
  6. My dog has bigger fish to fry. Good news is they got all the cancer
  7. I don't think this is a trap game. Every game Oregon played has revealed issues that this staff has went to work on the following week and seemingly resolved. Week to week Oregon has shown tremendous growth. They are becoming a more complete team. This staff has done an excellent job coaching this team up and getting 1% benchmark daily. Az has 4 legitimate receivers. They are going to be a challenge. I think this Oregon pass D takes a huge jump this week and minimizes the damage. 2 picks? Oregon's offense is playing perhaps the best football I have ever seen them play. The balanced threat to opposing defenses is of the charts. The O line speaks for itself. Nix is playing at a level nobody expected. Bucky and Whittingham are seemingly unstoppable without even considering Nix as a ball carrier. Thornton, Cota, Hutson and Ferguson are serious pass threats. Desert or not, Oregon is becoming a great team, not there yet but close. With all the love being thrown at Utah and USC, Oregon in my green and yellow painted opinion, are the best team in the Pac. At the rate Oregon is accelerating its level of play, I wouldn’t be surprised if Ducks are on the bubble of final four in front of the Utes game. Gotta take care of Az first though. This team has been battle tested. They have shown grit. Ducks are getting better each week. So far we have seen the makings of a great season.
  8. 28-9, they didn't look like the same team to me regardless of score. Didn't pass the eye test
  9. Yea, this has been a bugaboo for Sewell. He has played better in the pass D this year but it is vital in NFL for LBs to play the pass well. I think this is what pulls Noah into 2nd round. Sewell might understand this and want to stick around. Right now his head coach is one of the better LB coaches in CFB
  10. Smart, there is a treasure trove of great plays in Oregon history. Dilly is the perfect OC to replicate what put Ducks at the center of college football.
  11. Corners and edge rushers are high value in todays pass happy NFL. It's tough for LB's to crack top 10. Noah is a huge talent playing exceptional team defense this year. If his pass D continues to get better he could go first round. I think he probably goes late 1st early 2nd.
  12. The play worked perfectly, even with being out numbered on the perimeter. I will have to go back early this Saturday morning and take a look at the previous 5 or 6 plays. See how this play was set up. I suspect it took 5 or 6 plays run purposely to set up this one. Well done coach. Getting play makers in space has been talked about all year. This was probably one of the prettiest plays we've seen, top 5 for sure.
  13. What are the statistical marks of success on the pass. Ducks seem to get blown up a lot against faster defenses on the perimeter. This was Tree This play relies on a ton of deception and undisciplined eyes. Ducks are out numbered 3 to 1. If Stanford safety stays disciplined its not a TD. Safety leaked out to the sideline taking himself out of the play. Seems Cougs blew this play up. But... I am not an expert or a football coach. Cota scored here, just seems like a low success rate. Curious to how successful it actually is
  14. I agree, the Wazzu game was a huge step forward. Duck showed a tremendous amount of grit. They grew a ton in that game. I watched WSU last weekend and they were a shell of the team Oregon played the previous week. I think Oregon broke them.
  15. I don't know. What has changed for Mariø ball? After four years at Oregon, the whole country knows what Mariø is all about. You can dupe 17 yo kids but not opposing power 5 head coaches.
  16. My thought is that when Dilly leaves it won't be for the quick buck or the bang bang opportunity. I think Dilly has something to prove and views Oregon as the perfect place to prove it. By the time KD leaves, he will be able to dictate his terms anywhere in the country. I think he believes Ducks are the perfect canvass to create the masterpiece he envisions.
  17. https://www.miamiherald.com/sports/college/acc/university-of-miami/article266816006.html Miami claims they were ill prepared and got an attitude adjustment during bye week. Did anyone in South Beach do any research of the 4 Duck seasons with MC? Pretty common theme here for 4 years. Ill prepared and new and improved physicaling from here on out. Good luck Cains, let us know when the wind stops blowing. In the meantime we will be celebrating an actual coaching staff.
  18. He has some strong offers. Miami obviously, Penn state, Vols and Gators. Az is on the up swing also. Clearly he is an interior lineman. Dudes a mountain. I am sure Klem and Love will get his down around the 320# range. How active are his feet? Thats what I would like to know. With all the stunt on the line this year, he will have to be able to move.
  19. This Duck staff and team feels different than in years past. They seem to be right on the edge of becoming something special. I felt this way before the season started and that didn't change after UGA. By the end of the year Ducks are going to be a playoff talent. That's not saying they will get in. Could be wrong but I think Ducks handle AZ with ease.

  23. The only thing I would change is Wazzu at 3. The Coug that showed up last weekend was not the same team that played Oregon 2 weeks ago. I would put them 6 or 7. I was actually shocked at how unimpressive the cougs were Saturday. I think Oregon literally ruined them. I hope they bounce back, to me they looked bad.
