Just Ducky

Media hype any more just drives me crazy. It is all speculation for sure. Our defense saved the bacon in several games this season while our offense barely kept our heads above water. There is an large amount of learning these players need that wasn’t taught to them by the last staff. Till our defense learns how to tackle and keep ball carriers in front of them, which Geo. did an amazing job of, the points given up will not change much. That means the offense needs to be more consistent and not go backwards when it gets in the red zone. How many times did we hear, We need to clean some things up. While all the while things just got dirtier. Only time will tell. See you at the spring game. go🦆🦆🦆s

Hard not to like what we saw last night. A group of studs playing defense like Dick Laboes old defenses. Tackleing, which has has been an afterthought in Eugene for some time now, was a thing of beauty. I’m sure we will have far less injuries if the new staff can teach those proper techniques to the Ducks. If we can can come up with some corners who can get up on receivers and not let them run free across the middle our front seven will improve automatically. Agree with 1Ducker1, if we can get 60 to 70% of that defense the rest of the pack is in big trouble. Once again excited about the Ducks new staff. Can’t wait for the future to begin. Go 🦆🦆🦆s

They did everything they needed to get there. Doesn’t mean they belonged there.

AB has serious footwork liabilities. However when he does step into his throws he has much better accuracy. I said better not good.

Nice solid base and it should go well with whatever DL and the coaching staff can bring into the mix. Be nice to get a couple pass rushers to go with this group. Gonna be fun to watch.

Notice Saban started out with pace and caught Cincinnati off guard. I wonder if MC is paying attention. 😂😂. Cinci probably won’t see the end zone today and they can’t stop the run. Mich Georgia should be a much better game.

It is fun to see which teams show up and play hard and which ones don’t. I think we have been treated to some pretty good games so far. The scoring has been amazing, MC are you paying attention, and with all the transfers and defections that are taking place we are getting a pretty descent show.

One of the players on a very good football team that always gave everything he had on every play. The Ducks will have a hard time finding a better leader if he does go. Being selfish I guess but I do hope for the sake of the fans and the youngsters he stays.

We have some good backs not great. We are young and I like what I see. That game last night proved one thing for sure you can’t teach size and speed. The OU skill position players were ,or looked, much bigger and faster. Maybe it was the uniform colors I don’t know.

Most successful coaches have baggage of some sort. Not to concerned about it.

The future is bright me thinks.

I too am over MC. I think he was loosing his locker room and it showed with the frustration penalties and disgruntled wide receivers. I also think there were more defections to come even if MC would have stayed. Banks for one wasn’t coming here and I’m sure there was more. Texas made an offer he couldn’t refuse. We all know who will play hard because that’s who they are. What I most want to see is no more AB, we’ve seen his act enough, and our young players getting a chance to show the new coaching staff what they can do. The cream could rise to the top and we all hope it does. Go 🦆🦆🦆s

Saw him at a local bar several years ago. Man had the biggest hands I’d ever seen. The football world misses him that’s for sure.

Someone has to do the Dirty work and Brandon has been a bright spot for the front seven all season.

The space between the haves and the have nots will continue to grow because of the portal. Some of these players will end up with no scholarship at all. Very risky for a second tier player.

Not sure on this one. Been a Steeler fan since the early 60s and this is the worst offensive line that I have seen. Pitt has always had a tough offensive line but this year they are setting the wrong records. I realize the players he had to work with are not good but Ouch. Tomlin doesn’t seem too upset he is leaving. I however am not a Tomlin fan. Although the rings came as a player while at New England and Brady didn’t get sacked much. So hopefully he can translate his playing accomplishments to teaching these young men to polish their craft. Im concerned and optimistic at the same time. Go 🦆🦆🦆s
