  1. Predicting Oregon's next 5 commitments as Official Visit season endsLex Mailangi - Offensive LineThe Oregon Ducks got the final visit with 3-star offensive lineman Lex Mailangiwhich gave the coaching staff a chance to make one last pitch before he enters decision mode. Considering that Mailangi will announce his commitment on Wednesday June 24th, right after his visit to Eugene, the Ducks have to love their prospects. Xavier Sabb - Wide ReceiverThe recruitment of Xavier Sabb no longer seems like a case of if he'll pick the Oregon Ducks, but when he'll announce his pick. The 5-star wide receiver took plenty of Official Visits, but Oregon got the final visit and has led for most of this recruitment. Sabb hasn't set a date for his announcement, but when he does pick it would be a stunner if he doesn't end up in Eugene. Anthony Cartwright III - Tight EndOn Sunday, the top uncommitted tight end recruit in the class will come off the board when Anthony Cartwright III announces his commitment. Oregon already has a tight end on board in George VanSandt, but to keep the tight end pipeline flowing, the Ducks will look to sign two high school recruits. The Ducks have seemingly pulled ahead of Michigan and Miami, and Sunday should see another 4-star recruit join this class. Brayton Feister - LinebackerComing into the Summer, Ohio Native Brayton Feister looked like he could be the next recruit to jump on board. Instead, other schools like Georgia have shrunk the Ducks' presumed lead, creating a battle at the top. Oregon has remained in the battle for Feister, and he'd become the perfect final addition to a loaded linebacker haul. Hayden Stepp - Defensive BackWhen former Oregon commit Ai'King Hall flipped from the Ducks to Miami, it created a major need at cornerback in this class. While Hayden Stepp would've been a priority regardless, it only elevated the Ducks need to land a commitment. Oregon has battled with Alabama in this recruitment, and in the end it looks like Oregon should still end up with an elite cornerback recruit. However, during the session there was a new helmet never seen before and it's garnering a lot of attention and questions to if it's a hint to what the Ducks will be wearing on the field in 2026. The electric helmet is green with a white stripe, face mask and Oregon "O" on the sides. It's a nice blend of a more traditional football helmet look and different than the Ducks' wing look. 20. Josh Christensen proves national recruiting dominance starts at home for OregonMost college football coaches talk about building a fence around their state, but Dan Lanning and the Ducks have taken that up a level. Oregon not only has put together a No. 6 class in the 247Sports Composite, featuring top players from Philadelphia, Harper Woods, MIchigan, Hays, Kansas, Tyler, Texas and Mililani, Hawaii, they've locked up four of the best athletes in their home region for 2027, adding edge rusher Achilles Reyna from Seattle, tight end George Van Sandt from Central Catholic, elite defensive back Josiah Molden from West Linn, Oregon and Clackamas, Oregon wide receiver Malachi Garlington. They added another Friday when Josh Cristensen, the 6-6, 250 defensive end from Lake Oswego committed to the Ducks on his official visit. It's a sterling example of Lanning's emerging two-track approach in recruiting, competing for the best nationally while dominating the board in the Northwest.
