I do not understand the reasoning that caused LSU (Kiffen) to decide to face the scorn of the entire football community for a few players that really do not seem as if they move the needle all that much.

I have been an avid Duck Fan for over 60 years. I feel terrible when we are done for the season. It takes me about a week I have found , to recognize the fact that even though we did not get as far as I wanted, the past 2 seasons have been 2 of the best and most enjoyable I have ever watched. I am looking forward to what is next with great anticipation.

I was a season ticket holder for both football and basketball since the later 60's and early 70's. I know what it feels like to pull for a bad team. The current Duck's are certainly not that. To be able to root for a team that has a chance (even a slim chance) to be a national champion each year is nothing but enjoyable. It sometimes takes a few days to get over that final loss, but I have to admit that for years. I never would have dreamed of the Ducks still playing when only 3 other teams were also playing. I love the Ducks, their players, their coaches, the mascot and everything associated with them. With Dan Lanning I think the Ducks have their best chance ever to be National Champs and I am going to enjoy every moment, even the ones that hurt.
