May 12May 12 Moderator No. It reads like NIL collectives are now forced to “throw mud” at the CSC to see what sticks.The CSC creates the illusion of regulating NIL deals, when all that is happening is collectives throw a larger number of smaller deals together to meet the criteria that the CSC sets as their standard.The winner is whoever gets paid the $750 million in arbitration costs….can we get a piece of that action?
