28-0. Bring in the scrubs. The players made their point. Take away scouting advantages and play vanilla ball PLEASE

I think the opposite. Keep calling plays that throw the other side off balance, but do it with the subs. And see what the other QBs can do in case Dante gets hurt or has an off day. Lots of backup receivers and TEs need real plays in a game, not just there to block or stand around.

Here is where we probably agree: Davison was playing waaaaay too much. Don't get him hurt in a game like this. Hill looks very pedestrian. You need to save Davison for the real games.

Everything looks really good except the O line.

Every other position looks solid going down to almost three deep, sometimes more.

I think Dan Lanning should have used the portal for O linemen this year.

With the exception of the O line, this Oregon team looked like a national championship caliber team today. Yes, it was Portland State, but they still looked the part. They did not seem to be moving this fast and aggressive the first two games.

I think the depth will serve them well for the rest of the season. Bringing in 5 star subs gives the team a spark.

When I was eleven years old, I wrestled my six-year-old brother. I always won, but somehow Iowa never offered me a wrestling scholarship. They said I didn't prove anything against my little brother.

Prove it to me next week, OBD.

I wondered if that Loville kid was related to Derek Loville...

The announcers mentioned his uncle Derek Loville(one of my favorite past Ducks) playing NFL ball, but I didn't hear them mention the UO...

This game did nothing to move the needle. Except that Dylan Raiola is a football player. Dude was ballin'

Let's hope the boys kept some fire for USC. That game could put Oregon right back into the top 10 depending on the quality of the win. An extra day of rest sure does not hurt.

Very nice "scout team" scrimmage tonight. Depth of OBD really was on display. Ordinarily I am not crazy about these FCS noncon games but this one came at the right time to help get the Duckies outa their heads and back to playing with purpose and efficiency.

Now is the time to focus on the upcoming USC trip. We will learn a lot more about the character and leadership of this team with our trip to LA next week.

Hope to continue on an upward trajectory. GO DUCKS!
