1 hour ago1 hr Moderator No. Feels like DL is trying to take that same philosophy (he's been relying on fewer transfers the last couple of off-seasons). But the difference is the coaching staff...he's got a staff full of elite recruiters but short on development experience. That's going to have to change soon starting with the OC hire, he needs more guys who have proven resumes of developing players over a long period of time.
