  2. Well, looks like between transfers and recruiting, BSU added 45(!) 3 star recruits in the 2026 cycle…which completely flies in the face of their recipe for success the last 20 years. “PAC12” Side note - CSU added 63 3 stars to their roster this year.
  3. Blue chip ranked players want to play. If they don't get their chance, then they will find a school that will play them. So play them all. Blow out the Broncos from start to finish. The Ducks 2's and 3's are talented enough to be starters at BSU. Go Ducks........

  5. 10-2 Regular Season 38.1 points per game scoring average for the offense 17.9 points allowed by the Duck Defense. Win the NC Game 28-27 Kick the darn ball off and lets get after it.
  6. Following up on yesterday's "From the Fall Camp Notebook" article, I put together this look at those defensive notes that did not make it into prior practice reports. From the Fall Camp Notebook: The defensive answers that n...Oregon’s defense carried huge expectations into camp. Some of the best reasons for the excitement stayed in the notebook.

  8. He didn't have to jump; I think he just swam away from one taking on water.
  9. Oh...GREAT memories, and gets you stoked for the season!
  10. It does seat 77K plus. Not sure OR could sellout that many of they were playing P st. I did watch most of the game though. Gawd that band is annoying. Hopefully the Ducks can take some wind out of it.
  11. "....it was 88 degrees and 60+% humidity in UVA's sold-out Scott Stadium" That's the point. USC defenders: it was hot, it was humid, it was SJSU, the beer was warm, the song girls wore leggings, it was.... If you are going to be a Top 25 fan base and compare yourselves to the rest of the Big Ten and the SEC, then you show up. If you want to rely on excuses, then maybe every home game should be Big Ten Network or Peacock and kickoff at 8:00 pm local.
  12. Makes you wonder what this team may look like if the injury bug hits them down the road. Game week, Lanning may have the Mo’s heat blowers on high for what may be a game time in the 90’s on Sept 26.
  13. Right. And the game against Oregon will be a sell-out because....of Duck fans in California!
  14. Thanks for listing your potential domino-effects of what may happen now that CFB has taken the first steps down the NFL’s version of the yellow brick road. The only one I would question is a draft. The primary intent of the NFL draft is to shore-up smaller, financially fragile market franchises, both in terms of civic and commercial value, and to bolster the local pride that puts butts in the seats and eyes on the tube. Universities that can field, “. . . team’s financially able to compete in an NFL-Lite structure” by and large, already have immensely loyal built-in followings, as well as very deep and long standing connections to “. . . private equity, including investments by boosters.” Not much need to go down that part of the road?
