Nebraska was trailing Maryland 17-3 in the first quarter, and came back to win big, 48-23.

This is exactly the Fusky vs Condom game I was hoping for. Complete and utter disaster showing for both teams.

Just in time for the best roster we may have ever assembled.

Fuskies kill their own drive with a clownish fumbled snap and sack. SUC brings the drive back to life with a face mask for the first down. The ineptitude has been glorious.

Purdue beat Illinois 24-17, and boy....I did not see that coming!

And gets it, winning 35-34. Wowsa. His Wildcats are 4-1!

Fusky better be careful. sUc plays dirty ball

Watching the game and my heart wants what it wants: Go Dawgs. (I just threw up in my mouth a little)

Stien goes for 2 in OT for the win

We have Kentucky v. S. Carolina locked up at 27 with 2:00 on the clock. SC just punted the ball back. Kentucky will start from own 8 with 2 to's

The empty seats in the Coliseum is laughable!!! Goes to show the draw the Ducks bring....but dang, USC seems to have only fair weather fans!!

Now, 24-18 in third Q. I imagine Tosh had some "colorful" language in the half-time lockerroom. Ohio State 31-14 at Iowa in fourth. Dominant as the score. Mizzou 45-10 vs Florida in fourth. Wowser Purdue 16-7 at Illinois in fourth. Wowser.2 Beavis dominating Colo State which I'm sure will lead to numerous comments about "how great we are." To me, it just re-emphasizes my point that winning a lot of games in Mt.West/NewPac is fan preferable to getting your butt beat weekly in the Old Pac. W's bring a lot of pride they couldn't have in the Old Pac.

I think I want USC to be in full arrogance when they play Ohio State.

Agree that both should lose... But, if USuC wins, they maintain a top 25 ranking. That's good for us. The dawgs can go 0-12 for all I care. I'll be hoping the condoms win.

24-7 late 2nd

Score?

Wowsa. Michigan losing to Minnesota 20-14? Wisconsin stomping Michigan State 31-3? Northwestern BIG over Penn State 34-13 last night? This might have been a good weekend to be in a bye...

Looks like Tosh is taking it on the chin to UNLV.

The big surprise has been how we all knew the offensive line had things to figure out, but our defense is the near-opposite of what we anticipated. Granted, we can improve and become elite, but that is still "iffy" and would require an impressive upgrade, of which rarely happens. Our offense is scoring enough to win, but our defense has a long ways to go...IMHO.'

Charles, this team has problems for sure, but all of the are between the ears, most of which will can continue to be resolved over the season. I don't have any issues with our cornerbacks. We've got our best 3 on the field being effective in positions that fir their strengths. Finney is at his best around the ball, it's a good situation. Our safeties are a bit mixed, Koi Perich has all the athleticism in the world but can't take a good angle and fit the right hole if his life depended on it. I believe Jett Washington will replace him permanently soon enough though. I do believe Flowers has improved his coverage a bit. It's easy to roast USC's culture, but they played us significantly better than last year. That was a good team playing good football that we beat. OL continues to improve, our OC is improving significantly as well with play calling and design. As per my other article I think it is a huge thing for Dan to travel to improve his coaching instead of improving his talent. I think he is seeing that he has the talent to win but the scheme and position coaching is letting them down a bit. He's at Oregon and Oregon innovates and he needs to innovate his schemes, especially on defense. I think our DL is playing much closer to their potential than previously. You can expect a bunch of pressure and sacks with a gap control scheme.

Pretty tough! I can't imagine rooting for EITHER team!

Just watched Minnesota put in a 2nd solid win in a row.

For the first time in my entire life, I will be pulling for UW to win a football game.

We had The Toilet Bowl in ‘83. Maybe this will be The Troylet Bowl for two very deserving programs.

Stats are fun to look at but until they take precedence over the score board Im goin with the win/loss record. Ive seen many games where the losing team had better stats than the winner.
