Great article David thank you. I am one who wonders if Dante will get his job back. To is hard to argue with what DR brigs to the table. That said, did it feel to anyone else the the Ducks just wore USuC down in the 4th quarter? It felt to me like Oregon had their way pushing the Trojans around on both sites of the ball in the last 10 minutes or so.

Win lose or draw, I love my Ducks. It hurts to see them lose the last game of the season, especially after beating their slate of opponents in convincing fashion. But you know what? MOST CFB teams lose their last game of the season . Half of those who don’t make the playoffs, and all but one of those who do. We are not in bad company. I learned long ago that blame solves nothing. I trust DL to go back to the drawing board, make some adjustments and deliver to us fans the best team these kids are capable of being. I believe DL and OBD will deliver us a Natty at some point under DL, possibly more. There is also the possibility we will always be bridesmaids and never the bride. As fans we need to deal with it. Blaming anyone or anything for the final loss solves nothing. Never did, never will.

It was a good season and our boys of summer made a good showing. They cave us some great games over the season!

Is the spring game being broadcast or live streamed anywhere?

We the fans need to step up? If it comes to me holding season tickets or feeding my family, OBD is a distant runner up. I’ll watch the games on TV. it is sad to see CFB becoming so Money driven. It is already well past affordable for a family of 4. Makes you wonder how loud Autzen will be with the tea and crumpet crowd? The working man isn’t going to be able to attend more than a game or two a year.

I am no insider, but I imagine that a frank conversation about potential playing time is had with all. Some may not like what they hear and look for an opportunity to play more, elsewhere. I look forward to hearing from other OBD fans with more insight!

Still too stunned to be in mourning. I was angry yesterday and cant really bargain, cause there is nothing to bargain with. I am getting past denial, and almost to acceptance. Then I will mourn. Unless crying in my beer is mourning, then I mourned yesterday to drown my anger ! But I still love my Ducks!
