I think the team overheated from the Indiana game and has not been able to recover from that blowout loss.

I would go back to the no huddle O since the huddle is doing no good any way-maybe we get lucky on some hurry up plays?

On top of that he doesn't see open receivers on too many plays. If he doesn't get his act together he wont be going to the next level.

Plenty of times over the last year we have all seen open receivers that have been missed by DM.

On top of that the run wasnt working and neither the short passes, so why not take your chances on some long passes and build some momentum?

The real weaknesses of this team are the Lines. I cant believe how bad the D line is considering the experience and the O line is just awful. My Grandma could get through them but our backs cant find a hole.

Lets just hope Boise St doesn't lose a bunch of games

WE dont have to worry about playing Boise St for some time. We have some beginning of the season cupcakes over the next few years.

Maybe not in the rankings for now but we learned a lot about who we are now and what we need to be if were going to make the playoffs. We only dropped 4 spots which is probably just fine with DL.

If we cant beat Boise St. then we sure cant beat Miami or Ohio St among 6 or 7 other teams.

Those behind the line side passes fail most of the time and receivers are usually tackled before the line of scrimmage. Why do coaches insist on using them?

It seemed very inconsistent to me, at times it was great other times very poor.
