The offseason transfer portal window for FBS and FCS players opened at midnight ET on Jan. 2 and extends through Jan. 16. There's no spring transfer period this year, so teams have one big chance to get their rosters right for 2026. Which players are emerging as the most coveted and poised to make a major impact next season? Here are ESPN's rankings of the top players in the portal, along with scouting reports provided by Steve Muench and Tom Luginbill.
