We waited for many months to see this defense and they are having trouble with Tyler Schuck. Can’t tackle him and if not for some dropped passes by wide open guys we would be behind. Hopefully the coaches can get this figured out.

Ducks are falling for some of their own old plays--that concerns me.

I realize Utah struggled, but they went to their third string guy to pull it out.  

 

I see glimpses.  But we are not the best team in the conference.  

 

Glad we get twelve games.  But we only have twelve games.  

 

I can see why we get LOTS OF COACH SPEAK.  This will be a long term project.

First order of being elite: never yield twenty points or more to a mid range team. 

 

Second order of being elite: drop 24 in the first half.  Every damn game.

 

Plenty of work to do.  Plenty of time to demonstrate progress towards those goals.

This is a mental focus problem. Penalties penalties penalties 

Finally Nic runs, that's been missing from the offense.

It's about the middle of the third quarter and both teams leading rushers are their quarterbacks.

 

You don't see that very often.

O-line is pathetic right now, just getting pushed around out there, penalties, have to say it looks like a downgrade there.

I’m starting to think we’ve way overestimated how good the Ducks are. 

Our O Line is not delivering.

OMG, our O-line can't open any holes for 1 yard,,,so disappointing.

It's obvious they have problems running it up the middle. Then they try and do it 3 times in a row while making it obvious. Are they deliberately trying to copy Mario's old playbook?
