I have mixed emotions about this.

Can't blame them on one hand but sure seems like a waste of most of the money.

Hopefully, they will look back and learn something from this.

Unfortunately, I think a new "arms race" of prom spending is happening.

Sure these kids are going to want to blow some cash. But this is ridiculous. I think it comes down to parenting, and how down to earth NIL kids are.

Is NIL money subject to not only their own state taxes but other state taxes where they play? Could be a rude awakening.
