I don't know if it's more funny or sad that they discredit our playoff appearances and then turn around and say they're recruiting better than us, all the while ignoring their lack of relevant on-field success in the last, what, 15 years?

No.

Aside from the home game with Ohio State, the game ticket price for Oregon is a lot higher than the other 5 home games (which includes Washington).

I believe that at present you have to buy a 3-game package to get access to Oregon game ticket. Perhaps trying to discourage non-Toejam buyers?

Spite on for old SC!

Simple remedy....on September 26......make it look like it wasn't a sweat to beat them, at their place. Two score spread should do it. Is it probable.....yes. Then go get the NC trophy.

Thanks, Charles, for this LOL post.

SC was undefeated at home last season, lost in a deluge in South Bend, and in the PO, if they didn't give up a late score at Illinois, emblematic of Riley's 2-6 road record in the B1G.

Ohio State visits SC the week before the 11/7 Oregon game in Columbus. Before the Buckeyes visit, Week 4 vs OBD, Week 5 vs UW, and Week 6 in a whiteout game at Penn State will make or break the Trojans' season.

Three home games vs G6 opponents to begin the season should have Maiava and his receivers on the same page before the Ducks visit in Week 4. If SC doesn't choke at Rutgers in Week 3, SC will be 4-0 when the 3-0 Ducks, knock wood, visit.

After Week 1 in Baton Rouge for Clemson at LSU, Week 2 in Austin for Ohio State at Texas, and Week 3 in Oxford for Ole Miss vs LSU, there's a good chance that GameDay will be in LA for the Oregon game.

Riley's offense will score, no doubt. Will Gary Patterson improve the defense? If so, SC will be a PO-contending team, even with a difficult schedule.

However, you can't spell 'SUCK', without a USC.😁
