1 hour ago1 hr No. Early on in the recovery process for Dante Moore, Lanning seemed optimistic about the how soon we'd see him back on the field. No additional injuries, outside of the concussion, made it seem like a relatively straightforward process to get back into the starting line-up. But here we are, three days away from it being exactly a month since the USC game. Dan Lanning made a comment yesterday that was interesting. He seemed to either not know whether Moore was still in concussion protocol or was unwilling to answer. With the parity of teams in the top 25, the amount of backup QBs currently starting; could Lanning have encouraged Moore to sit the rest of the regular season and "run-it-back" next year? Could Moore have come to this decision on his own as well? I personally would lean towards seeing him this season; however, it wouldn't be unprecedented.
