I like our defense and our special teams. They look much better than Indy did against Nebraska so far. It really is a shame how broken our offense is with the bad OL and backup QB situation. The play calling is trying to make things work, but you aren't going to beat Nebraska going side to side, and we can't go vertical with any success. This feels like a Redbox bowl kinda game. Holding my 7-6 score for now.

The offense looks as out of sync as the defense did when Helfrich was head coach and Brady Hoke was the DC. They can't get a starting caliber QB and a good OC in the next 5 minutes, so they need to find some plays this unit can execute. They can't rely on screens and handoffs all game long. They have to throw it downfield.
