  2. Ryan Day said he'll be out several weeks.
  3. While we should never want to see an injury to our guys or those on other teams, Ohio State QB Sayin left the game today with a shoulder injury with about 8 minutes left in the 4th quarter. We play tOSU on November 7. If it is a pinched nerve, he should be good to go by tomorrow. The other possibilities would might keep him out of the game against us. When a quarterback leaves a game holding a limp, dangling, or heavily supported arm (often cradling the elbow or forearm in a sling or jersey position), it typically points to a significant structural shoulder injury. The recovery timeline depends heavily on the specific diagnosis and severity: Common Shoulder Injuries and Timelines AC Joint Sprain (Shoulder Separation): Grade 1 (Mild): About 1 to 2 weeks of recovery. Grade 2 (Moderate): About 2 to 4 weeks. Grade 3 (Severe): Can take 6 to 12 weeks or longer, and may require surgery if the stability is severely compromised. Shoulder Dislocation or Subluxation: Conservative (No Surgery): Typically takes about 6 weeks to return once strength and range of motion are restored, though rushing back carries a high risk of re-injury. Surgical Repair: Requires 5 to 6 months of rehabilitation before returning to contact sports like football. Labral Tear or Rotator Cuff Strain/Tear: Minor strains: 2 to 4 weeks of rest and rehab. Severe tears or surgical intervention: Can sideline a player for several months to a full season.
  4. And Bama not looking very good to far either. Down 6-0. Tenn threatening again
  5. They should be definitely out of the Top-15 but I'm not holding my breath.
  6. And how far will they fall for losing a close one to an unranked team?
  7. Nice to see something not work out for Indiana, seemed like everything has gone their way with injuries, penalties, and bounces....Yes I'm very bitter.
  8. Good, I want ohiO statE to relax a little...
  9. OSU wins the battle, but may lose the war if Sayin is out for 4-6 weeks with a broken collar bone. The backup is not good enough yet to play winning football and their running game is average.
  10. Wow. Indiana barely step out of bounds negating a beautiful last minute 4th down touchdown pass . tOSU wins 19-15.
  11. Oh, that is brutal. They had it. The receiver was not aware of the boundary.
  12. Wow. Well, even Cig loses now and again.
  13. All set up for Ducks... Indiana with a loss. Ohio State beatable.. I can dream....
  14. Exactly!! I am sure that they will lobby, cry, and snivel that their league is just SOOOOOO hard and that even with 3 losses, their teams should still be Top-10.
  15. It bring a tear to my eyes see parity the SEC. With them cannibalizing themselves and the 9th league game still to go It'll be interesting to see how the 9-3/8-4 SEC teams are treated this year.
  16. Hmm, will Sayin be healthy by the time the Ducks play Ohio State. "So you're saying there's a chance?"
  17. Here goes: Ducks Win! 28-17 3 TOs 4 Sacks 314 passing yards
  18. Wow! Texas lost again for the second week. Folks, if you think we are in a foul mood, you should take a stroll over to the Texas Longhorns fan forums. Those folks are ready to can everybody including Arch Manning!!! Burnt Orange NationNo. 7 Texas vs. Florida gamethreadThe Horns host the Gators looking to get back into the win column.
  19. Today

  20. It is a good game, but unless Oregon is playing, it seems like I have been watching it for 9 hours, and the third quarter just ended.
  21. It’s just a good thing that all that feel good, everything is hunky-dory stuff has faded into the rear view mirror.
  22. Maybe Moore, is trying to protect his NFL ratings.
  23. There were a few plays that Sayin and Hoover looked like they went to the Dylan Raiola school of quarterbacking.
  24. From what I've seen so far, Id worry that if Indiana was on our schedule, we might end up with negative offensive yardage..
  25. "...pick up Sagapoleute next year or the Oregon State QB..." Maybe let the season play out? Total defense ranking entering today’s games based on 6 games: 77-WSU 81-Utah State 87-Boise St 102-Fresno St 111-UTEP - 451 by OSU 127-Tex State 135 –SDSU - 651 by OSU 138-Colo State - 653 by OSU
  26. An impressive goal line stand ends with an tOSU touchdown on 4th and goal from the 2. 10-7 tOSU at the half.
  27. I do believe that Lanning needs to swing some of his coaching hires to the older and more experienced side of things. He's found some fantastic young guys... Dillingham, Stein, Samples and Douglas. But sometimes a team needs a veteran coach who can out think the opposition. I think Norvell would be a comfortable move for Lanning. I don't see Chip ever returning to Eugene. I know there are loads of OCs out there who would certainly consider Oregon for their next job. Same goes for QB and TE coaches. And offensive line.
