I think and hope that a 'commissioner' of a super league could make a ruling, including vacating wins, regarding player eligibility, etc., and the 'aggrieved program' would not hire a lawyer(s) and race to a local, elected judge to stay the ruling. I expect any such ruling would be subject to an appeal to a review board, which could limit third-party judicial intervention. The penalty for litigating after a commissioner's ruling is upheld by a review board should be draconian, including expulsion from the Super League.
