  1. UGA is Stacked and knows how to win big games. They are playing in Athens and the crowd will be juiced. UGA by 2 scores. Here is a good article addressing the situation. How Georgia football will go about replacing all that Nolan Smith brought to the table WWW.DAWGNATION.COM Georgia football will have to work hard to replace Nolan Smith.
  2. I should get all the facts about why Seven is leaving before I comment about him. Good luck young man. Wish you well
  3. Bryan Harsin fired as Auburn coach after 21 games, losing record AL.COM Auburn parted ways with Bryan Harsin less than two years into his tenure. Pretty sweet gig just opened up.
  4. I have always viewed this as a Phil and Penny Knight brand. Between those two and Mullins, Oregon athletics is top notch across-the-board.
  5. This was one of those games that while watching I was unimpressed with the play on the field. Just didn't pass the eye test. Ducks looked uninspired and out of focus. Then I looked at the Box score and stat lines. It was "really, wow!" Over and over. On paper it was a pretty impresive win on the road. This was a trap game without the loss. Ducks were all the things I mentioned above and still won by an impressive margin. Says a lot about the talent on this team. Every top team in the country goes through these types of games through a season. I think they are necessary to the growth of a team. Ducks have experienced almost every type of game this year. A blow out loss and win, come from behind, top ten intense win, lack luster ugly win. Looking at the totality of these 8 games, the Ducks are right on schedule. A lot of football to play, but If they somehow make the playoff, anything can happen and I like their chances.
  6. Third down defense was greatly improved. Cal went 4-15 on 3rd. I know Cals O is god awful but the D showed some things they hadn't showed prior.
  7. Man that felt sloppy. I asked the question last week, is Cal a trap game? Sure felt like it. Just an ugly win. Talent gap came through on this one. It Was nice to see the defense step up today. Thought they played well. Sewell got his name called more often today. Feels like the coaching staff has some work to do. Play that sloppy v. Utes and Ducks will be in trouble. Nice to know Ducks can win the ugly one.
  8. Weird game. Lets get it out of our system here.
  9. Nice to see special teams play two weeks in a row.
  10. Oregon is going to get humbled if they don't start taking Cal serious.
  11. Coach needs to get this turned around.
  12. 3 and out is a little disappointing
  13. Peyton Bowen, Notre Dame 5-star safety pledge, wears Oregon Ducks headband following visit - Scorebook Live NEWS.SCOREBOOKLIVE.COM Last weekend, Guyer High School (Texas) five-star safety and Notre Dame pledge Peyton Bowen took a visit to...
  14. kissing up to charles 😁 I agree100%. The members here have a high football IQ. Mine has increased significantly from this forum. Has made Saturdays a lot more fun.
  15. As you mentioned, only Bama and Dawgs are led by defensive geniuses. So there is a chance we find OBD in the convo with perhaps the two best teams in the country? I'm in the Lanning camp. The bigger question is if Dilly is prepared to take on a HC position. Not many Lannings or McVay's out there? Lanning has what it takes to lead a top tear prog'm. He attracts quality talent at a high level. Lanning and the Ducks would be just fine if Dilly bounces. Which brings us to another question, would Dillingham be?
  16. I just watch the games and chat with you guys mostly. Coach isn't going to tell me anything I can't figure out from the Game and OBDF. Everything else is between him and his team. He will not be disclosing it to the rest of us.
  17. Everyone with the ability to see could see that Nix was going to be a stud at Oregon. A lot of people at AU and UO were, unfortunatly, blinded by one thing or another. Nix is a football player first and has great QB skills second. When Nix jumps to NFL, hopefully to a decent team with a line, he will show better than he has at Oregon. Dude's a Dude.
