The Offensive Line Mess: My Thoughts...
The O-line iterations were curious but had their moments. It took some guts (and maybe frustration) on Lanning's and Mehringer's part to play so many inexperienced OL players and combinations in a tight game. I saw them give Dante more time to go thru progressions as the game went on. Blocking for the run game still needs work. Settling on the best starting five may take a week or two. This isn't Terry's first rodeo putting a line together and I believe it will gel by the time Oregon invades La La Land

GameDay Thread: Oregon vs. Boise State....JOIN US!
Williams got badly beat twice on that drive. BSU line getting good drive and push. Well, nothing like getting smacked in the mouth to see what the D will be made of.

Oregon vs. Boise State....Give Us YOUR Prediction!
Oregon 38-17 2 TO 4 sacks 285 yds passing That 24.5 pt spread seems a bit high to me. If Oregon gets up by 3TDs there will be lots of 2's and 3's in the game and things may stall some. Boise St will rely on the ground game for as long as they can as their strength and to slow things down. They will be forced to throw once the Ducks get up by a few scores creating sacks and a turnover or two.

Holy Crap, Your Jersey Number is Now Part of Your NIL and Can't Be Reissued???
Name? Mine! Image? Mine! Likeness? Mine, mine, mine!! Yup, no "I" in team, but it is central to NIL

Quack! Quack! Oregon Claims Best-available 2027 Recruit as 4-Star ATH Brayton Feister Commits to Ducks
There is a picture of him and his pops filling out the sleeves in a dad and lad 'gun show' This kid looks like Boettcher 2.0 at 6'3" 245#.

Fox Crader Notes, Winning in the West, and SAD Tiers?
One of the things I really like about Crader as LT is his mobility and bend at 6'6" #315. Jumbo sized but not a lot of extra weight and it pays off in quickness to stay with a twitchy edge player. He'll go up against Matayo, Tatum and Nasir (and now Tank) every day in practice to hone that skill. I see him taking a big step forward this year.

New FishDuck.com Site Article: Michigan’s 2026 Reset Under Whittingham: More Continuity Than Chaos
I don't know who is editing their articles, but one this morning states that tOSU's Bo Jackson will likely lead the B1G in rushing to make up for the production lost as Carnell Tate and Jeremiah Smith have departed. Hmmmm. FishDuckBold Prediction: Ohio State’s Bo Jackson Could Lead Big T...A Yahoo Sports analysis predicts Ohio State back Bo Jackson tops the Big Ten in rushing yards in 2026 — a stat Oregon's defense should note.

Duck Baseball: News, Updates, Rankings, Etc.
Ok, what the h*!! is going on? Is this an NIL thing or something else? Lauaki has a no contact tag, so he probably knows where he is transferring to, but sheesh! This is really disappointing to see two freshmen that would have anchored next season's lineup just go poof!

Duck Baseball: News, Updates, Rankings, Etc.
Laya transferring would be a head scratcher in the pre-NIL era. One year getting a big chunk of change at a CWS contender then off to the MLB draft. It will be interesting to see where he lands. It stinks but it's the college sports world today

Stunning Upsets Rock College Baseball for Super-Regionals...
The Texas website stats claim they have hit 99 dingers, concentrated in 3 hitters. The top two have over twenty each. Keep the fat pitches away from them and you can limit their offense. Oregon has 5 with ten or more: Smith, Jaksa, Laya,, Molony and Lauaki. Cooney, Mabeus and Hellman each have eight. There is base clearing capability up and down the order. Kind of a toss up on offense but Oregon has the edge on the hill.

Game Times Announced for Oregon vs. Texas Super Regional Series
Texas does have some serious hitters with big time fence clearing capabilities. They also strike out more than almost every other team in the supers, so Scolari and Sanford can play to Oregon's strength if they are on target and don't let the 8000 strong Austin crowd rattle them.

Stunning Move UP for Oregon as No. 11 National Seed...and Face a Pac-12 NCAA Baseball Regional in Eugene
So the NCAA did it anyway and put Beavus at the #2 seed in the Eugene regional, followed by Wazzu and Yale. Time to load up PK and help get OBD to the supers.

Oregon Beats USC 6-5 on a Suicide Squeeze in the 14th Inning!
Freakin great finish. Mabeus even said that a drag bunt wasn't the call, but he did it anyway. One of the best college games ever. Frustrating because of the dropped pick off by Oregon in the 7th, but what a marathon.
