Poor coaching but you basically would have to overhaul the whole thing. Cant do it mid season

This team is horrible, and Lanning has to make enormous changes in the off season, new schemes, new coaches, he has to blow it up.

DL has made some terrible coaching hires, I think. I actually think much of the problem is between the ears. I have said it before. Something is just off. I’m not in the locker room so I can’t even guess. But there’s almost a feeling of indifference on the sideline. I don’t know. Just guessing. And frustrated.

And I have got to think that, at this point, Dante redshirting is a reasonable option for him.At this point, I don't even know if the portal is off limits for him.
