  5. It’ll be a good test for our run defense as UCLA has a talented RB who ran for over 100 yards against Oregon in last years playoff game at Autzen stadium. UCLA’s defense has also been getting a lot of interceptions so Oregon’s QBs will need to continue to protect the ball and make good decisions, and take calculated gambles. I think it’s going to be a high scoring game, as Oregon’s defense has not shown the ability to shut anyone down (with the exception of PSU).

  7. Thanks for sharing. Did Coach Lanning say that Dante’s been fully cleared for practice and/or is playing in pads? If not, I would assume he is stretching, running and throwing without pads, and will not play against UCLA. The worst thing you can do is rush a player back from a concussion, even if the player wants to play. Sometimes it’s the medical staff’s job to protect the player from themself.
  8. UCLA Coach Bob Chesney gives honest opinion on Autzen Stadium. He praises the "rowdy crowd", but shows no fear. Oregon Ducks On SIBob Chesney Gives Honest Opinion on Autzen Stadium Before...Sure, it's been since 2022 the No. 21 UCLA Bruins stepped foot into Autzen Stadium to take on the No. 13 Oregon Ducks, but there's a few current Bruins with som
  9. As Bob Chesney's UCLA team sits at 4-0 on the season, the Bruins now face their toughest challenge yet: the Oregon Ducks. As both teams are coming off a bye week, who has the upper hand? As Oregon is expected to roll with Dylan Raiola at QB, can UCLA's Nico Iamaleava provide a spark for the Bruins in Eugene? Watch here as Andy & Ari pick this exciting Big Ten matchup from Autzen Stadium.

  11. Oregon coach Dan Lanning shared that start quarterback Dante Moore was able to attend the team's Monday practice. 12. Actually, someone else is responsible for USC's problems. Don't put the stink on Link.
  13. His return is neither feasible nor desirable. However, kudos to Chip and his players for the beautiful running game they executed vs. PSU.

  20. Know the Foe: Five UCLA Bruin players to knowThe 13th-ranked Ducks will return home after the needed-bye to play UCLA at Autzen Stadoum this Saturday at 12:30 PM. Here are five Bruin players to know entering the game. https://247sports.com/college/oregon/longformarticle/know-the-foe-five-ucla-bruins-players-to-know--290912833/
  21. Can Oregon please settle on a starting 5 on the O line. They need time to gel and develope trust in each other. Can't keep trotting out a new starting lineup every week
  22. Comparing the two it helps to remember the season before their natty, Indiana finished 10th in the final rankings, and lost only to Ohio State in the regular season and to Norte Dame in the play-offs (the two teams in the final).
  23. I gotta believe our Ducks play better each week. I believe in our coaches and players. But, I do have 2 concerns: How does Dylan respond as the starter. His poise last week was truly amazing having to step up in backup ( though it was almost a full game). Will his 1st start in front of a full Autzen crowd be any different. We are rolling out a new hyped up uniform. I'm superstitious about those games. We have had a few major flops in these games. Can we overcome the hype.
  24. Wow 4 games into the season with new players on the O and already looking for a new OC?
  25. Yup, pretty ironic to slip away like that from success. Aside from his issues with Eugene and west coast culture in general, it makes me think he understood before anyone else how lucky he’d been to catch lightening in a bottle, and that he needed to strike while the iron was hot if he wished to pursue his dreams.
  26. I do feel the Mint defense is on it's last legs.... well in its current iteration. It needs to evolve.
  27. Wouldn't you love to know the focus of Coach Lanning's recent meeting with Seahawks Head Coach Mike Macdonald? What do you guess topped Lanning's agenda? My money is on a deep dive into defensive schemes. As many have already noted, OBD have the raw talent, but the execution on the field suggests our players aren't consistently being put in positions to succeed. By contrast, Macdonald's defense currently ranks as the premier unit in the NFL. A look at their production four games into the season highlights why Lanning may have sought out his counsel: Total Defense: Rank #1 in the NFL, allowing just 246.8 total yards per game. Passing Defense: Rank #1 in the NFL, limiting opponents to 144.8 passing yards per game. Schematic Drivers: Powered by a disciplined zone-matching secondary and highly effective high-pressure stunt schemes. Weakest Link: They drop to 11th in the league against the rush. Expect to see some noticeable adjustments to our defense THIS SATURDAY—specifically in secondary rotations and how we utilize our NFL-caliber defensive linemen. We have the personnel. Coach Lanning undoubtedly returned from Seattle with a few high-yield concepts designed to optimize our Jimmies and Joes for much better success. Go Ducks!
