Offense has been fine. Stats are fine. D needs to actually create a negative play once in a while. We’re giving up 2.9 YPC, gaining 5.8 YPC. Have double the passing yards. TOP and zero turnovers the biggest factor so far.

Too bad McClellan slipped on that. However, here is my issue. You line up and have three potential NFL wideouts all in man to man coverage with an NFL QB and you draw up a backwards pass to Stewart and let him throw that ball? They almost had it, but why call that there???

Boise is killing our screen plays

I like how Boise didn’t throw it short of the sticks on 4th down. We should pay attention and use that next time.

My only hope is that Boise State is actually a Top-5 team in disguise. Excellent edit, and I appreciate how you felt. But on that last drive, DM looked pretty great. His stat line so far looks excellent as well.

Aside from rushing being light, the first half stats were perfectly fine. We only gave up 140 total yards. Dante threw for 163.

Hopefully we learn not to schedule these guys moving forward, regardless of the outcome. We’re 1-3 against them and the only win was the year we went undefeated…and we still needed a freaking miracle to beat them. For whatever reason, learn, adapt, and quit scheduling these guys. Accept it 😂
