Dr Hilarius

I watched the U vs A&M game because I wanted them both to lose. And I was deeply satisfied. This was not a defensive clinic—it was total offensive (in both the literal and figurative sense) ineptitude. 5 missed field goals, which were only taken because no one was close to the end zone. It was a total crap show. Perfect! I was only slightly hoping for Miami because playing the bottom half of the SEC needs to be exposed.

Has Whittington taken a snap yet? Not complaining, just noticing.

No thanks.

It’s funny that Moore didn’t even get an invitation to NY, but the “experts” are casually referring to him as the #1 pick in the next draft.

I hope we see the best backup QB in the room, and DL explicitly said it was Brock. Who cares how many stars he had in HS? OBD have had soooooo many 4-star fail QBs.

@James Madison We appreciate your explanation. Sarcasm is hard in the digital age.

Everyone always remembers their first! OBD also won the first playoff game in FBS history at the Rose Bowl against FSU, thanks for one, to Jameis Winston’s “ghost fumble.” Sco Ducks!!! Always innovating! (Oh, and Dyer was definitely down.)

I think injury reports should be totally transparent and thorough! When and why and how often are players getting injured are absolutely a stats that should be reported publicly. Players deserve to know, and coaches are negligent not to know. Mari-no-O was sooooo terrible with injuries.

Maybe his mission was in Kenya, and he has been training in extreme topography and altitude. 🤞🏼

Exactly! They need to quit their whining!

I am a Duck, but I grew up in NOLA, and my mom is a Tulane grad. I actually went to preschool and elementary school w Peyton Manning (yes, I am aging myself). Peyton was a good guy, although I beat him in a foot race in 2nd grade. No one in NOLA knows Oregon exists. So bring it on!

Both these offenses look inept. I don’t think it’s good defense. The play-calling is unispired and ineffective.

OBD already have the highest average rating per recruit on rivals. For the second year in a row. Rivals2026 Industry Football Team Recruiting RankingsA list of the top 2026 Football teams in order of recruiting rankings solely based off of the Rivals Industry RankingIf we get Henry, we will also have the highest total score. GA was 1st by both measures in 2024–rarified air!

My speculation is that SUC is offering more money, but he wants to go to OBD.

I saw that pick play from a mile away. It’s not surprising how many “good” plays result from penalties. It drives me crazy when commentators lament that a holding or other penalty called back a good play. The “good play” could only have happened with the penalty.

Darn! I always rooted for him. He was Herbert’s best/only receiver. WTAF??

Those DBs held Lemon, the “best WR in FBS,” to only 34 yards receiving, 4.89 yards per catch. OBD took away USCs strength and forced other players to step up. I think they did a fantastic job. The future is bright!

Yeah… USC’s 1.9 yards per rush is never going to win games. And it was the Ducks’ passing defense that was vaunted prior to the game. The Ducks defense proved today that they really are as good as their stats.

Archie Manning was a great QB for the Saints the 80s. ARCH Manning is Archie’s oldest son’s kid—not Eli’s or Peyton’s kid—Cooper’s kid. Have you ever heard of Cooper? Definitely not. I only know Cooper bc I went to Newman School with Peyton since preschool and Cooper was by far the cutest of the brothers. He also wasn’t very good at football. Maybe he took after his mom? 🤷‍♀️ Regardless, ARCH Manning is not very good.

Did we just “lose” the 3rd quarter again? Definitely our least impressive quarter so far.

I could not agree more.

This logic is hilarious... OBD are more likely to lose because they haven’t lost yet. 😂 I know the 3 door problem says you should change course after the first win, but football isn’t a game of chance.

Dyer was down. 🤷‍♀️
