Coach Lanning should have gone out and found the best available coordinators like Coach Day does at Ohio State. Right now, it looks like his decision squandered a chance at a national championship. I’m a proud University of Oregon alum and have been cheering on the Ducks for over 30 years. Some of us just have higher expectations for the program given the significant investment made over the years. It’s painful to see a national championship level roster squandered by inept coaching.
